Mountaintop Education Consulting was founded by longtime educator Mary DeSimone, who has dedicated over 20 years to the advancement of English Language instruction. As a former EL teacher, coach, and district administrator, Mary recognized the pressing need for comprehensive professional development tailored to the unique challenges of teaching multilingual learners.
What started as a passion project has evolved into a trusted consulting firm helping school districts, educators, and agencies improve instruction, equity, and outcomes for English Learners across the country.
